I have no issue with the product from Direct Retail Outlet. My complaint is entirely with Yodel.

I have received two deliveries from DRO within a two-week period. I live in a block of flats where access requires the delivery driver to ring the relevant flat so the occupant can grant entry. On both occasions, no attempt was made to ring my call button, despite me being at home and the Yodel app providing a delivery time window.

On the first occasion, a neighbour discovered my parcel abandoned on the floor outside the building. On the second, it was left on a bench outside, completely unsecured and available to anyone passing by.

This shows a clear lack of care and basic delivery procedure. Whether through laziness or being under pressure to rush deliveries, the driver chose not to do their job properly.

I was far from impressed. Had these been high-value items, the outcome could have been very different.
